Native English speaker with Dutch as second language. Extensive knowledge of English Literature from Medieval to Contemporary. Degree in Politics and Philosophy from Lanchester/Coventry University 1979. Musician with many years experience in the industry. Interested in Popular Science, idiomatic English, Buddhism and Backgammon.

Good knowledge of American Literature - from 18th Century onwards.

Mainly interested in proofreading and translation from Flemish or Dutch into English. Uk or USA English.. I have worked for one of Belgium's best advertising/communication companies as Copy proofreader. Recent work translating financial press for US finance papers, also translated brochures for a major chocolate manufacturer: well, this is Belgium I'm living in!
